The Lily Pad is offering Beginner Decorative Painting Classes with Trish Fabish, artist and owner of From the Wood - Decorative Painting Studio in Windham, CT. In these classes you will learn the basics from a surface preparation all the way through to a beautifully finished piece. The latest session "Brew a Shoe!" (ask her, I don't make these things up!) will start on September 9th and continue through the 30th. The format is (usually) a four week course on Thursday mornings. Where: The Lily Pad - 34 North St., Willimantic, CT When: Thursdays - newest session begins July 8th Time: 9:00 am to 12 noon Class fee: $60.00 plus materials. Additional fees: $20 for surface.
