NEW Series starts Feb 24th - April 13th
Gentle Yoga, Breath, Alignment and Movement
This 8-week session will focus on breathing technique, postural
alignment and gentle movement, to bring the body, mind & spirit
into a state of balance & serenity.
Appropriate for yoga practitioner of all levels.
Instruction will include postures designed to improve balance,
promote relaxation & tone muscles.
Each class will culminate with a brief introduction & discussion
of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, as presented by Nischala Joy Devi in
her book, The Secret Power of Yoga.
Feb 24 thru April 13th Friday nights 5:30 - 6:45 PM
at the Lily Pad, 34 North Street, Willimantic, CT.
•The cost for the eight-week series is $79.
• You can pay by cash, check or credit card at The Lily Pad anytime before the first class.
• Kindly complete a registration form and an insurance disclaimer if you haven’t already done so for previous classes.
• Walk-ins will be accepted if there’s space at a charge of $14. • Wear comfortable, loose clothing and eat lightly before class.
